[New Rating System]

I've finally gotten around to updating my rating system, which I will explain in brief here with some more explanation after the break.
Games will still be rated on the same six criteria, but points will be awarded differently. Character Creation, Mechanics, and Presentation will still be rated out of 5 points to determine the "Base Points." But now Setting, Writing, and Content will now be rated out of 3 points and rather than being part of the total Base Points, will only provide an adjustment as follows.
3 = +1, 2 = +0, 1 = -1, 0 = -2
Also, the adjustment from Writing may be applied directly to the points for Presentation and displayed in the "Writing and Presentation" section when I don't really have anything to say about the writing.
All existing reviews have been updated to the new system, if you want to see the new ranking of all games you can view the list https://rpggeek.com/geeklist/246251

The main reasoning for this change is twofold. First it gives much more weight to elements that have a bigger effect on the relevant quality of the product. Second, it addresses something that has been an issue that I've known about for awhile, but haven't addressed due to wanting to keep the rating system simple. Basically, Setting and Content have kinda always been optional based on whether or not I felt they were required for the game. The issue being that that resulted in games with an average score in those areas having their score driven towards the median when compared to games that did not receive scores in those areas. So in the new system having and average setting and/or appropriate amount of content will have the same effect on overall score as not requiring those things. This basically means that Setting, Writing, and Content will only effect overall score if they are above or below average, instead of just handing out points for something that should be expected.
Notably, this does technically allow for overall scores above 100% and below 0%, but honestly if a game gets one of those they probably deserve it.
